• Memberships are six month contracts automatically rolled into month to month.  While registering, you will only have to pay the first month plus a $25 activation fee for your security access pin.  After the initial six months, you can cancel anytime with a 15 day notice by texting 412-953-9234.

• Memberships are per household family. Members can book cage rentals online no more than ten days in advance and no more than one cage per day for thirty minutes. Members are welcome to stay longer than their reserved time if no member or team is booked after them. Any additional bookings will be deleted without notice.

​

• Any member who takes a guests without pre-paying the $10 guest fee will result in a $150.00 fine without notification on your credit card.  This is strictly enforced to ensure safety of our members and limit sneaking in non-paying players. DO NOT TAKE GUESTS WITHOUT PAYING, YOU WILL BE FINED.

• Any members are permitted to take a guest by logging on and paying the $10 guest fee on the Homepage of website before you begin your session.  You can also pay direct on your online profile using the Non-Member Guest option under the BUY tab.

• Multiple members can book cage time in a row or at the same time to utilize more space or time, but every player must be a member and any one member can not book more than the permitted thirty minutes. No more than 2 members in any cage or tunnel at any given time.  No team practices or groups are allowed in this manner.  The nature of the privilege is to allow members to work out in pairs if they choose.  If you have three members that want to work together, please get pre-approval by texting Chris. Team and groups can RENT cages and the facility anytime by texting 412-953-9234 ​​​

• If multiple members arrive at the same time, they must each use their own code to access and enter the facility. Failure to do so, the member whose code was entered will be charged a $150.00 fine without notification. Please note the facility is under 24 hour video surveillance.

• Please cancel any reservation that you will not be attending by using the "My Schedule" button on your profile. Members can also walk-in for cage rentals, but online reservations have first rights.

​

• No outside trainers are allowed to participate in a members cage time.  Parents and guardians only.  C-Side trainers are available for hire.  Also, we staff the facility with premium baseballs, softballs and equipment, therefore, bringing your own bucket or balls is strictly prohibited. We do not want balls accidentally walking away. Any theft will result in expulsion and prosecution by law.

• Members and Guests are not permitted to take their own balls or buckets.  BAT 24 provides premium baseballs, tees, screens, hitting mats, nets, and backstop.  We do not want any balls "accidentally" ending up in a person's bucket.  DO NOT TAKE YOUR OWN BASEBALLS, SOFTBALLS or BUCKET.  Pitchers are allowed to take one pitching ball of their preference, but no bucket.

• Rubber and metal cleats are not allowed, they destroy hitting mats and create holes.  Please wear tennis or turf shoes.  When using the groundball tunnel, be sure to move the rubber mat to the first hop to avoid turf damage.

• It is recommended to reserve your cage online but not required.  Anyone who books the cage has first rights over any walk in.  Cages are available to book online from 2-10pm weekdays and 8am-10pm weekends.  Walk in have access 24 hours. Please note occasionally we have the entire or partial facility rented to teams and trainers, so you may want to look online before walking in to be sure cages are available.  We host these reservations to help with operating costs and keep members rates low!

• No more than 1 Hitter and 1 Feeder allowed in the cage at any one time while hitting.  Live pitching vs hitters is allowed but requires the use of an L-Screen to protect the pitcher and helmets on hitters are required.

• The backstops and machines are bolted to the ground.  Please do not attempt to move them or the power cords.  

​

• Security and Maintenance is very important to everyone. Members are not allowed to give out their code for access.  This will result in immediate expulsion and the remaining balance on their contract will be collected. You may also be prosecuted with theft as this is stealing.  Propping the door open is also prohibited and will result in cancelation of your membership.

• The facility is not staffed by C-Side or BAT 24, please hit at your own risk, use caution and common sense. Always pick up all balls and trash, even if you didn't make the mess. Please help keep your facility clean and safe.

• Notice, you are being video recorded and monitored by a 24 hour security company. Please do not use an emergency exit unless there is an emergency.  In the case of using an emergency exit, you must notify Chris immediately at 412-953-9234. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

​

• Please clean up your cage entirely of all loose balls and trash. Please return bucket to home plate and place the tee on home plate.  Be sure to check for balls behind the backstop.  If you see other balls laying around, please help clean up.  Every little bit helps. Leave the facility better than when you arrived.  This is your facility, keep it clean.
