  • Plan -  Utilizing functional movements to make you stronger and more explosive in your respective sport

  • How - Using a variety of movements that all you to move more weight with greater force that is safer for your body

  • Why - To be the best at your sport, you must maximize all your resources.  Without a strong and explosive base, you are living by your floor and limiting your ceiling.  

  • Process - Utilizing periodization in order for your body to be in its prime when it matters.

  • Methodology - We are building power, explosion, and speed for our clients on top of building overall strength.  We will sprint, jump, lift.  Beginning with explosive movements tapering into functional style lifting.
